Pixel Pop Studio ("we", "us") provides mobile photo booth rental services in Boston and the South Shore, Massachusetts. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Pixel Pop Studio is a trade name of Gonzo Media LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. Gonzo Media LLC is the entity responsible for the personal information described here.
1. What we collect
When you request a booking through this website, we collect:
- Your name and email address — required to create and confirm a booking.
- Phone number — if you provide one, used to reach you about your event.
- Event details — date, start time, event type, venue address, and any notes you write.
- Your IP address — recorded with the booking as a basic anti-spam measure.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing cookies on this site. The only cookie we set is a session cookie on our staff admin area, which visitors never encounter.
2. Why we collect it
We use your information only to run your booking: confirming your date, taking your deposit, sending confirmations and reminders, contacting you about arrangements, and turning up to the right place at the right time.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
3. Payment information
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you pay, you're on Stripe's own secure page — your card number never touches our server.
We store only what Stripe tells us afterwards: the amount paid, the date, and a reference ID that lets us match a payment to your booking. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Event photos
Photos taken at your event are shared with you through a private online gallery, available for at least 24 hours after the event.
Marketing use: we may wish to use a small number of event photos to promote our services on our website or social media. We will ask for your permission before doing so, and you can decline without affecting your booking in any way. If you've previously agreed and change your mind, email us and we'll remove them.
If any guest at your event asks us not to use their image, we'll honour that.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it's necessary to deliver your booking:
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Name, email, amount | To process your payment |
| Hostinger | Hosts our site and database | Our web and email hosting provider |
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We may disclose information if legally required to do so.
6. How long we keep it
- Booking records — kept for 7 years after the event, as business and tax records generally require.
- Event photo galleries — kept for 90 days after the event, then deleted unless you've asked us to keep them longer.
- Enquiries that never became bookings — deleted within 12 months.
7. How we protect it
Our site runs over HTTPS, so information you send is encrypted in transit. Our database credentials are stored outside the public web directory. Our staff admin area is password protected. Card data never reaches our systems at all.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously and limit what we collect to what we actually need.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information, where we're not legally required to keep it
- Remove your photos from any marketing use
Email booking@pixelpop.studio and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge for this.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through it. Children may of course appear in photos at family events — those photos are treated the same as all event photos, and we won't use images of children in marketing without a parent or guardian's clear permission.
10. Contact
Questions about your information

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
