Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to photo booth bookings with Pixel Pop Studio ("we", "us"). By paying a deposit you're agreeing to them, so they're worth a read — we've kept them as plain as we can.

Pixel Pop Studio is a trade name of Gonzo Media LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. Gonzo Media LLC is the contracting party under these terms.

1. Booking and payment

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms. In summary, refunds of your deposit depend on notice given before your event's start time:

NoticeDeposit refunded
72 hours or more100%
24–72 hours50%
Less than 24 hours0%

3. What you need to provide

So we can actually set up and run, we need you (or your venue) to provide:

If these aren't available on arrival and we can't run as a result, the booking is treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. We'd much rather sort problems out beforehand — tell us early and we'll work around almost anything.

4. What we provide

Booked hours run from your stated start time. If your event runs late for reasons on your side, we finish at the originally scheduled end time unless additional hours are agreed and paid for on the day.

If we experience a technical fault, we'll fix it on site where we can. If a fault means you lose more than 30 minutes of booked time, we'll refund that time pro rata.

5. Guest conduct and equipment

Our equipment is expensive and not especially rugged. You agree that:

In practice this almost never comes up. It's here so the position is clear if it does.

6. Photos and image rights

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

7. Liability

We carry appropriate business insurance and take reasonable care at every event.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, costs arising elsewhere in your event because of a problem with the photo booth.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

8. Force majeure

Neither of us is liable for failing to perform because of circumstances beyond reasonable control — severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, power failure, government restriction, public health emergency, civil unrest, acts of war or terrorism, venue closure, or serious illness or injury of essential personnel.

Where that happens we'll first offer to reschedule within 12 months at no extra charge. If that isn't possible, we refund everything paid less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf, itemized for you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Massachusetts.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Questions before you book?

If anything here concerns you, ask before paying a deposit — not after. Email booking@pixelpop.studio and we'll talk it through.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your booking is the one published when you paid your deposit.
